Vancenco is a Venture Studio.
We build proprietary IP assets (Vancenco Intelligence, 18TENDER, Blackbox) that solve specific, high-value operational problems. We deploy these systems to create a decisive commercial moat for our partners. We are not looking for a retainer. We are looking for the efficiency dividend.
WHY WE WAITED
We originally incorporated in 2022. The vision was the same, but the world was not ready.
The AI was brittle. The GPUs were expensive. But crucially, Society was resistant. The "Automation Threshold" had not been met.
So we made a hard commercial decision. We did not pivot. We did not burn cash. We paused. We spent three years in R&D, building the "Safety Interlocks" and "Sovereign Architectures" that the market would eventually demand. In 2025, the market caught up. We reactivated.
"Vancenco" is not a brand agency invention. It is literally Kieran Pickavance ("Vance") and the fellow practitioners ("& Co") who decided to do things differently.
The 'N' CO represents our Collaborative of Associate Partners. These are Industry Veterans: former Directors, Founders, and Heads of Ops who operate on an "Eat What You Kill" model.
No bloated salaries. No shiny offices. Just shared equity and shared victory. We send practitioners who have lived the problem.
