The Vancenco Pilot is an experimental AI-powered assistant ("the Service"). It interacts using generative artificial intelligence, which is probabilistic in nature.
2. No Reliance & AI Accuracy
- Hallucinations: You acknowledge that the Service may generate incorrect, inaccurate, or misleading information ("hallucinations").
- Not Professional Advice: Information provided by Vancenco Intelligence regarding technical specifications, pricing, or regulations is for informational purposes only and does not constitute binding professional advice.
- Verification: You agree to verify all information provided by the Service with a human representative of Vancenco Solutions before taking any action or relying on it for business decisions.
3. Bookings
The Service may draft calendar appointments. A meeting is only confirmed when you receive a separate email confirmation. Vancenco Solutions accepts no liability for missed meetings or technical scheduling errors caused by the AI.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
- Attempt to "jailbreak" or manipulate the AI's instructions.
- Upload sensitive personal data (e.g., health data) or data belonging to third parties without consent.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vancenco Solutions excludes liability for any loss or damage (including loss of data, profit, or business opportunity) arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its outputs. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
6. Intellectual Property
The underlying software and AI prompts are the property of Vancenco Solutions. You may not reverse engineer or scrape the Service.
